Please read the following guidelines, then email email@example.com with a request for Return or Exchange. Please include in the subject line "Return/Exchange Order #". We will then email you your return label.
- All items can be returned or exchanges within 21 days from the date of purchase
- All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered
- All merchandise must have their original tags attached
- Proof of purchase or return authorization must accompany the return
- All merchandise is subject to inspection upon return in the order to quality eligibility of return/exchange
- All items will be inspected and we will send you an email notifying we have received your request along with an approval or rejection for refund
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items or products purchased at special events
- Returns or Exchanges must be shipped back within 7 days of your requests. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return/exchange
- Returns are subject to $5 restocking fee
